Update on tree surgery services during the COVID-19 situation

Updated: May 21, 2020

Dear valued Treerangers customers,

Treerangers takes the care of our customers and team members as the number one priority in everything we do, your trust is the most important thing we have. We’d like to share this update with how and tell you how our tree surgery is operating during COVID-19.

  • We’re continuing to offer a full range of services, and fulfil our obligations to customers – the team are all taking extra hygiene precautions, and any of them who feel unwell have been asked to immediately cease working as per government guidelines

  • In the same way, we would ask any customers who have self-isolated for specific reasons (illness or in a vulnerable group) to contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule

  • If we have a survey booked in with you, we can still attend this – our work by nature doesn’t need us to come into contact with you. The same goes for new surveys

  • The team are all regularly sanitising their hands, and strictly following NHS guidelines. Again, our work is remote and, assuming appropriate access is available through the side or rear, we do not need contact with occupants of the house

We are closely listening to government advice, balancing this with the need to keep business going and our team on the job. As the situation evolves, so will our approach. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please call Adam on 07966 327 419.

Thanks,

Adam and the Treerangers Team
